All units have
A/C, color cable TV, full baths and are supplies
with linens, bath towels, (no beach towels),
kitchen units are supplied with basic utensils
(no large pots/pans)
• There is a $5.00
deposit for each room key.
• There is a $10 per
night charge for each extra adult and $5.00
charge for each child under 12.
• There is a cot
charge of $10 per day.
• Boat, Wave Runner or
Jet Ski docking rates - $150/wk or $30/day.
Bumpers are not provided. Must be reserved. Non refundable.
• Launching available.
• Porta-Cribs/Pack n
Plays are
available upon request if available.
• All units except
Chalet rooms are rented on a WEEKLY basis in
JULY and AUGUST from Saturday to Saturday. No maid service.
• Maid service is
available to weekly rentals - $20/day (does
not
include bed linen change).
• All weekly rentals
take care of their own housekeeping including
trash transfer to rubbish receptacles.
• Chalet are rented on
a nightly basis, (special weekends &
holidays - 3-5 night minimums.)
• NO PETS PLEASE! NO
FIREWORKS!
• There are picnic
areas with BBQ grills & gas grills available
free of use. (Charcoal is not included)
• Towel exchange once
daily at office. (Pool/Beach) (towels are not
provided)
Reservations:
Reservations are tentative until 50% deposit per
week
is received. Deposits are credited for the
entire length of your stay. MOTEL UNIT deposits
are cheerfully refunded when cancellation is
received 10 DAYS PRIOR to arrival less a 25%
cancellation fee. COTTAGE, SUITE, HOUSE & 3
BEDROOM UNITS deposits
are also cheerfully refunded when cancellation
is
received 60 days prior to arrival less a 25%
cancellation fee. No refunds on early
departures, # of reserved persons, or dockage
slips. Upon arrival, no personal checks are
accepted.
We accept personal checks for advance deposit
only. There is a service charge of $15.00 for
returned checks. We accept cash, Master Card,
Visa, money orders and travelers checks. Balance
due is payable upon arrival.
Arrival Time:
All arrivals should be planned for after 3 P.M.
This allows us enough time to thoroughly clean
all units
Departure Time:
No later than 10 A.M.. We must prepare for
incoming guests.
